I always wanted to learn to play an instrument and take singing lessons. Not to mention star in a movie. And meet Russell Crowe............
Sigh
Hi Gail -
Chuck's sister always wanted to learn to play the piano. Now she takes lessons once a week. You two are about the same age.
I'll bet there's someone down in your neck of the woods who would love to teach you to play ________ (fill in the blank). How would you fill in the blank?
The singing lessons surprised me because of your already lovely voice. You were the star of the Glee Club! But I guess even the greats continue to hone their craft.
If the movie doesn't have to be a blockbuster, with a mini-cam and quick upload to YouTube, you could star in your own film!
As for Russell Crowe - well that seems like a possibility, as long as you don't get arrested for stalking!
Keep us posted!

P.S. How about horseback riding?
I wanted to fly in Concorde because it was the most beautiful of planes.
I want to speak French fluently.
On the other hand, I've parachuted, learned to sail, waterski and rode a horse through the waves on a beach - now that's cool ;o)
i think i actually need the twenty years to know. i don't usually regret much.
Ride a donkey down the grand canyon - but I suspect I'd be terrified and close my eyes the whole way down!
Hi Roo -
I love how many exciting things you've already ticked off your list. That riding a horse through the waves on a beach - yes, that is very cool!
Based on what I've read over at LaLa Ween World it seems as if fluency in French is well within reach.

Hi Tonya -
I too have very few regrets. When I do experience a pang I try to focus on what I learned or how it got me to where I am now. That usually puts it all into perspective.

Hi DMM -
I've seen footage of that trip down the canyon! It looks wonderful. Hopefully when you get to do it you'll enjoy every minute fully - even the ones where you "blink" for a second or two

Hi Lee,
I thought that if I didn't acknowledge my siblings - soon - I would regret it.
Finding and paying tribute to my Ancestors ranks very high on my list.
Giving thanks and praises to all the things that have made me who I am.
I just hope 20 years is enough time to get all this done! LOL
Peace,
"Guided by the Ancestors"
I would like to learn to dance. With all this "Strictly Come Dancing" and the one you have in the US "Dancing with the Stars" and my absolute favourite "So you think you can Dance" I have this urge to do that and much to my childrens horror I really would like to learn how to sing but they reckon I am tone deaf so there goes that and on the dance front, 58, plump with a gammy knee - might have a problem me thinks!!!!! Still I can dream. Fiona
Hi George -
I really love your attitude of gratitude and clear conscious sense of owing so much to those who came before you.
Hopefully the twenty years will just be the start of the rest of our lives!

Hi Fiona -
Do take dance lessons!
I think we all lost any excuses we might have had, when Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills competed on Dancing With The Stars!
