I am completely distracted. O.K. that’s only partly true. I am also completely obsessed. Scrap Girls, the digital scrapbooking website, is having a very good sale. They are calling it “Mischief Week” and it is definitely causing mischief around here! Nearly everything in their store is 21.9% off. They also have a Coupon Code which will get you an additional 5% off! The sale ends at Midnight, April 30, 2007 (MST)!
As you may remember, I’m still working on learning Adobe Photoshop Elements and digital scrapbooking in general. But don’tcha think having a few really gorgeous paper and embellishment sets would be inspiring and um, motivating? Yeah, me too!

why are you blogging...go shop, go girl, go; get Chuck to help you load the car/van/truck ;o)
Roo you sound like Chuck!
He's been telling me to go for it, too! Better yet, it's all digital downloads so there's no heavy lifting involved! Unless you count lifting the credit card out of his wallet. But since he's been encouraging me to order, it's not really a "Blondie & Dagwood" sort of moment! (Did the Blondie and Dagwood comic strip migrate to the U.K.?)
Anyhoo, I'm off to shop 'til I drop!
;o)

Oho - "CCC" (continental culture clash) - what on earth is Blondie & Dagwood??
Hi Roo-
The “Blondie & Dagwood” moment I was referring to was a running gag in the old comic strip where Blondie would ask her husband Dagwood for some money. Dagwood would reach in his wallet and pull out a single bill to hand to Blondie. Blondie would then reach past the bill and take his wallet instead!!! Here’s a link. The strip started in the 1930s. I didn’t realize it was still being published. It was, shall we say, of a certain era! I hope this clears up the Continental Culture Clash!
BTW, I had a great time at the Scrap Girls sale! The credit card didn’t melt down - but it did get very warm!

i'm still trying to get to my paper scrapbooks.
Glad you stopped by Scrap Girls. Chuck sounds very kind to support your scrapping cause. :)
Hi B2b -
I was totally flummoxed by the paper scrapbooking craze! I'm glad I "held out" and am looking forward to getting all our family photos and memorabilia scanned, scrapped, burned to discs and shared with the family! All things in time!
Hi Mandy-
Chuck is a dream come true - and not just as it relates to digital scrapbooking!

P.S. I can't wait to try your ScrapSimple Layer Your Own Buttons and Postage!
