A Row Of Autumn Trees
You may remember a photo I took last spring. A couple of days ago, Chuck came home and said: “You’ve got to see those trees. They’re amazing!” He was right. What’s interesting is that many of the trees around here are already stripped bare by wind and rain. But these beauties were still in all their autumn glory.

Now THAT'S a proper autumn.
Wow- those are really beautiful. Our leaves are pretty much gone.
So beautiful! It looks like you were playing with photoshop and just changed the old photo to the new colours!
Gorgeous xx
Hi All -
Thanks!
I love it too - quintessentially autumnal!
And it's such a sharp contrast to the mostly bare trees everywhere else.
I had fun setting up the shot to be as close as I could remember to last spring!

I love the colours that Autumn brings... Hugs, xx
Wow - that's beautiful... I know of only a handful of trees that turn to such spectacular beauty in Cape Town during autumn. Promise to try capture some pictures next year. For now though, I'm LOVING the greeness of everything this side!!

Hi All - part Two!
I'm so happy you all like this photo as much as I do!
Having folks from both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres visiting keeps me appreciating all four seasons - all around the year!
